Another key difference in Roomba 770 or 780 models is that the 770 uses physical buttons while the 780 sports touchpad controls.

Suction and dustbin capacity

Comparing the dustbin capacity of the Roomba 780 vs Roomba 770 reveals that the older 770 model has a bigger dustbin capacity than the new 780. The 780 features a 0.5-liter dustbin capacity, while the 770 has a dustbin capacity of 0.2-liter. However, both models lack suction power for properly vacuuming high or medium-pile carpets.

Using area
